My Core Circuit:
Cycle through these rounds 3 times
Alternating leg lift x 15 (each leg)
Flutter kicks x 25 (each leg)
Side plank dips x 40 seconds (each side)
Doing 1,000 Sit-ups Everyday...
Unfortunately, doing 1,000 sit-ups a day will not help you achieve your goal of getting a 6 pack. All you are going to get is tired of the same thing and burnt out. You must treat your abdominals and obliques as a separate muscle group and work it out just like you would legs or back. Here are some simple tips to follow to assist you in achieving that 6 pack
Tips for a 6 pack:
Drink water as your main source of beverage
Cycle your muscle groups targeting abdominals one day and obliques the next
Eat clean by avoiding any food that comes in a package. If you have to unwrap it, don't buy it!
Be aware of your sugar intake! There are plenty of places sugar lingers, don't be afraid to check the labels
Decrease rest periods between your exercises. This will create a more metabolic effect to your workout!
