I know that many people are not extremely concerned with how healthy they are eating or how many hours a week they are working out during the holidays, but I am here to convince you otherwise. Keep in mind, if you have health and fitness goals that you plan to start for New Years I have a piece of advice for you...DON'T WAIT! There is never a "perfect time" to start following a healthier diet or to start waking up in the morning to get a workout in. You might as well start introducing a few good habits before the new year, and set yourself up for future success!
