SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

INGREDIENTS:

  • One 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/4 cup of Flat-leaf Parsley
  • One 10 oz. package of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
  • One 8 oz. pack of cream cheese
  • 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  • Place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours, or until creamy or hot.
  • Serve with celery and cucumber slices.
